We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at parts@premiergarageequipment.co.uk with your order number and reason for returning the item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
